75g Goji
500g Fresh pumpkin
4 tbsp. Caster sugar
125g Self raising flour
1 tsp Orange rind (or a table spoon of mixed peel, finely chopped)
½ tsp Ground allspice
2 Eggs (separated)
Sunflower oil for deep fat frying
Ground cinnamon
